Im so excited!

Last night i decided that i was going to start cooking more. Let me tell you why I don't, cause I want to! Frank's dad is a bit of a control freak and when he hears someone in the kitchen he has to go see what's going on. Then when he see's someone in there cooking he has to throw in his opinion. Which wouldn't be so bad but if you don't do what he says he gets upset or mad, kinda like what he says doesn't matter.
So lately I haven't been cooking cause I just don't need anymore drama in my life. Yesterday I just thought you know what I'm going to start cooking and thats that! I love it and I love cooking for my husband. I had so much fun cooking with my cousin Ashleigh and very good friend Bethany. I told Frank what I was thinking and he got so excited. I made the Enchilada's that we made that day. They turned out great!!!!! I made a dish of beef and a dish of chicken. Can you believe it Franks dad said he really liked it! We were all blown away. He wont tell you its good if he doesn't like it. What I mean by that is some people would say it was good even if it wasn't just to be nice cause the person went to so much trouble. Not his dad he will tell you what you could do to make it better, he had nothing to say. So dinner was a success!I'm so motivated to cook more! Thank you to Tammy for all your wonderful recipes!!!
