I have known my husband for a little over 8 1/2 years and I never knew that he had never flown a kite. I was shocked and just blown away that there was something I didn't know about him. I sent him and my brother to good old Walmart on Easter afternoon to buy us some kites. My husband, brother and cousin Zach flew kites pretty much all day. Previous to that they got three kites stuck to the electrical lines and the kites were flying themselves.
They occasionally came in for food and to check on all of us, but they were more interested in flying those kites. Frank got a beautiful butterfly kite, Kyle got a dragon kite and they got Zach a spider-man kite.
We always have a great time when we get together!!!

i can't believe he never had until Easter...wow he missed out as a kid
Kites!! How fun is that? I haven't flown a kite in a long time, but it's so much fun!! I think I'll have to try that pretty soon now that the weather is getting nicer.
I like your new look. One of these days we're going to have to take an afternoon to go fly kites. It looks like fun. The girls would love it.
